Refund policy
You may return new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund equal to the cost of the item, minus the restocking fee. Item must be in its' original packaging and in perfect, unused condition, example: the tag must be still attached. Shipping costs will never be refunded unless the item was sent to you was our error. Items cannot be returned after 30 days. If you do ship something to us after 30 days to ask for a refund, we will not refund it nor return the item to you unless you pay the return shipping.
Restocking Fees are equal to 20% of the returned item’s purchase price, (excluding sales tax and shipping. example: dirndl cost $219.00 , no tax, 13.99 shipping. Restocking fee is 20% of $219.00 or $43.80. This fee is for the cost of the time for, a. inspecting garment for condition, b. re-entering it into the website & accounting programs inventory, c. re-stocking, rehanging, folding it physically to the shelf.
Custom items or special orders cannot be returned and refunded.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of our receipt of your package; however, you may receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Return address will be provide on your confirmation & return email.
To return items pick which address corresponds to your method of shipping. Please provide us a tracking number for your return so we can keep our eye out for it.
